Contract Summary

Realtime Civil Engineering Ltd.’s scope of Works for this Package covers the design, procurement, and installation of:

  • Demolition of the B1 slab to facilitate, reinforced concrete foundations, pile caps and lift pits with associated groundworks and excavations and blinding layer.
  • Formation of the B2 basement slab inclusive of; waterproofing membrane, cavity drain, and concrete topping slab.
  • Detailed design of the basement waterproofing system in line with the design intent information provided by the Client’s Consultants.
    Concrete liner walls to the entire B2 perimeter.
  • Design and installation of the piling matt and subsequent attendances to maintain piling activities.
  • Capping beams to the secant pile wall (by Keller Piling) to suit construction details.
  • Installation of reinforced concrete slabs to Comfloor decking from levels B1 to roof.
  • Construction of a raft foundation to the proposed external plant tower located in the SE corner of the building.
  • Construction stairs within all the stair cores.
