Realtime have in-house structured health and safety reporting procedures that are consistently implemented.
Health and safety visits are routinely conducted on all projects, engaging senior and client management teams, demonstrating commitment to the wellbeing of our workers. We implement a “control the risk not the symptoms” approach to health and safety.
Realtime holds the globally recognised occupational health and safety standard ISO 45001. We take pride in our site’s appearance, respecting the local community and protecting the environment.

Mental Health and Wellbeing
Realtime is acutely aware of the issues facing mental health and wellbeing in construction. We are invested in learning from new initiatives and reducing the stigma associated with mental health in the construction industry. We are committed to identifying and increasing understanding of the issues faced by individuals to signpost them to the correct advice and support.
