Works involved Construction of a single basement with a 2 storey RC frame within St Bart’s Hospital.

Basement works excavation, sheet pilings, drainage. Concrete to slab, pits, beams, walls, columns to the high tolerance requirements for the glass cladding system.

Grade 3 Waterproofing to underside of slab & walls. Design and installation of all formwork.  Reinforcement and continuity reinforcement. Installation of foul water pumping chambers. Installation of in-situ concrete stairs including helical exposed concrete feature stairs.
