Contract Summary

A variety of landscaping works to External Terraces from Level 1 to 9, as well as hard landscaping to GF and B1.

External Terraces involved the laying of membranes, drainage boards and bedding material, design, and installation of drain channels to the façade, finished with Marshall Saxon Flag paving. Following completion of paving, Powder Coated Galvanised Steel Planters will be installed to terraces, filled with suitable soil, and planted as per specifications.

To Ground Floor and B1 landscaping, sub-bases were cast in accordance with Structural engineer or Westminster City Council depending on location. Marshall Scoutmoor paving was then installed across public realms and University areas. As well as Slot Drains and Drain channels to areas as required. Ground Floor landscaping also involved the installation of new manhole covers to utility chambers and bike stands with a resin bound gravel base.
