Panorama St Paul’s at 81 Newgate Street is a mixed-use development in the City of London EC2.

The scheme provides more than 67,500m2 of flexible office space, retail, and leisure spaces, publicly and privately accessible roof terraces and a rooftop restaurant.

There is a public walkway through the building improving pedestrian mobility at the St Paul’s Cathedral area. Redevelopment of the 10-storey BT Centre, the former British Telecom's headquarters building with ca 47,905m2 of office floorspace.

  • Removal of existing security wall to GF level and installation of a new one.
  • Removal of existing smoke vents and installation of steel columns providing support for the future façade installation.
  • Installation of multiple service penetrations into the building.
  • Infilling of the existing smoke vent voids and installation of GF capping slab to the infilled smoke vents.
